Almost 200 days, happy Carnaval!

Happy Carnival!!

I hope everyone had a good week! Love you mom, and yes I saw the pictures of your office and it looks great!

This week has been a good working week. I’m starting to realize that whenever I’m out working, talking to people I just have to stay focused. That’s something I learned this week and it has actually helped me a lot, because before I used to be working and being like, well. we have to do this now, but then tomorrow we have a meeting… I would worry about investigators, and just be thinking about everything else and not what I was doing at that exact moment. I talked to Elder Tito about it and he said that this happened to him too, and he told me “you’ve just got to focus on what you’re doing now”, and that really hit me and that’s something I want to get better at, and I feel like that’s something that I have bettered this week. To clean my mind and just work, contact, when it’s the time to do that, and honestly me and Elder Tito have seen many miracles this past week. As we try to work more diligently, keeping our thoughts on the work, we can already see how we will be blessed!

That’s awesome [that you got a calling in the Young Women’s presidency]! You’re going to do a great job with them! And don’t worry, I’m going to be praying for you and everything.

I’m actually going to send you a picture of my plans for the week today. but I do want to ask you guys to pray for a couple people. here they are:

• Brisa Alanise and Brisa Piscoya. They are 2 different people from 2 different families but if you could pray for them and for their parents that would be great.
• Familia Milagros.
• Familia Barrios, Jorge and Elizabeth are great people. They have a son in the mission too, but they’ve never been baptized, and this week we felt like we needed to go over the baptismal questions with them, and now we know why they haven’t gotten baptized, but if you guys could pray for them that would be awesome. If you could pray for them that they can receive the answer they are looking for. :)
• Also, Ezequiel, Familia Pacheco and Familia Rivas. These are all our investigators at the moment. but thank you for your prayers.

We have to wash our own clothes but that’s going all good, and there is a member that is getting my white shirts fitted so that’s awesome.

I want to help as many people as I can. 

Something I want to share this week is that miracles are everywhere. All we have to do is just open up our eyes [and do our part], because God blesses us all the time. He blesses us so much that most of the time we don’t even realize it [because we might take his blessings for granted]. 

And yes, life is hard. Things are going to happen on a day-to-day basis that might just tear you down. Sometimes someone might do or say something that just makes you think why, but all these trials and all these hardships are worth everything. We are in this point of our lives because of all the good, and especially all the crap that happened before. 

All of it has shaped us into who we are now, and I just want to testify that God has a plan for each one of us. He knows what He is doing to shape us into the person He wants us to become. Everything that happen to us, the trials, the learning, and especially the little miracles every day, help us learn and grow.

Feliz Carnaval!!

Espero que todos tenham tido uma boa semana! Te amo mamãe, e sim, eu vi as fotos de seu escritório e parece grande e otimo! 

Esta semana tem sido uma boa semana de trabalho. Eu estou começando a perceber que sempre que estou a trabalhar, falar com as pessoas, eu só tenho que manter o foco. Isso é algo que eu aprendi esta semana e realmente me ajudou muito, porque antes eu costumava a trabalhar e ser como, bem, nós temos que fazer isso agora, mas então amanhã temos uma reunião ... Eu me preocupava com os investigadores, e ficava pensando em tudo o precisamos fazer e não o que eu estava fazendo naquele exato momento. Falei com o Elder Tito sobre isso e ele disse que isso aconteceu com ele também, e ele me disse: "você só tem que se concentrar no que você está fazendo agora", e realmente eu percebi que isso é algo que eu quero melhorar, e eu sinto que isso estou cada dia melhor nisso nesta semana.  

Ou seja, limpar minha mente e trabalhar apenas, contatar as pessoas quando é o momento de fazer isso, e honestamente eu e Elder Tito temos visto muitos milagres na semana passada. Quando tentamos trabalhar com mais diligência, mantendo nossos pensamentos sobre o trabalho, já podemos ver como seremos abençoados!

Isso é incrível [que você tem um chamado na presidência das Moças]! Você vai fazer um grande trabalho com elas! E não se preocupe, eu vou estar orando por você e tudo. 

Na verdade, eu lhe enviarei uma foto de minha agenda para a semana hoje. mas eu quero pedir a vocês para orar por algumas pessoas. aqui estão eles:

• Brisa Alanise e Brisa Piscoya. Elas são 2 diferentes pessoas de 2 famílias diferentes, mas se vocês puderem orar por elas e por seus pais seria ótimo.
• Familia Milagros.
• Família Barrios, Jorge e Elizabeth são ótimas pessoas. Eles têm um filho na missão também, mas eles nunca foram batizados, e esta semana nós sentimos que precisávamos fazer-lhes as questões batismais, e agora sabemos por que eles não foram batizados, mas se vocês puderem orar por eles seria fantástico. por favor, orem para que eles possam receber a resposta que eles estão procurando. :)
• Além disso, Ezequiel, Família Pacheco e Familia Rivas. Estes são todos os nossos investigadores no momento. mas obrigado por suas orações.

Nós temos que lavar nossas próprias roupas, mas estamos fazendo isso bem, e há um membro que está reformando minhas camisas brancas de modo que é impressionante. 

Quero ajudar o máximo de pessoas que puder. 

Algo que eu quero compartilhar esta semana é que os milagres estão por toda parte. Tudo o que temos a fazer é apenas abrir nossos olhos [e fazer a nossa parte], porque Deus nos abençoa o tempo todo. Ele abençoa-nos tanto que na maioria das vezes nós nem sequer percebemos isso [porque podemos achar que suas bênçãos ja são concedidas].

E sim, a vida é dura. As coisas acontecem em nosso dia-a-dia de forma a nos derrubar. Às vezes alguém pode fazer ou dizer algo que nos faz pensar o por que da vida, mas todos estes problemas e dificuldades valem a pena. Estamos onde estamos neste momento de nossas vidas por causa de todo o bem, e especialmente toda as coisas ruins que aconteceram antes.

Tudo isso tem nos moldado a quem somos agora, e eu só quero compartilhar meu testemunho de que Deus tem um plano para cada um de nós. Ele sabe o que está fazendo para nos moldar como a pessoa que Ele quer que nos tornemos. Tudo o que acontece a cada um de nós, os desafios, a aprendizagem, e especialmente a pequenos milagres todos os dias, nos ajuda a aprender e crescer.
