Falling through

Hello!

This was a pretty good week, but nothing really happened other than our baptism fell through! So that was rough, but if Jesus does get baptized this week that would be great. It’s the last time we changed his baptismal date too, because it’s just sad changing your date you know? Anyway, we should have like 2 maybe 3 baptisms this week if everything goes well, so please pray for us! We are also going to have the baptisms of Mateo and his brother Jonas! So we are pretty happy! It’s a great feeling every time you teach and help someone get baptized! It really makes your testimony grow for the gospel.

Right now it’s starting to get cold! What’s hard is that in the morning it’s super cold and during the day it’s still a little hot for a jacket so it’s complicated! But yeah, I hate the cold... I’m just happy there is no snow here!

Something that happened this week was that I’m starting to study the 5 missionary lessons in detail right now! So in Preach my Gospel I’m looking up everything there! Oh and I also want to invite everyone to read the introduction of the Book of Mormon. not only that but also everything between the front page and 1st Nephi. It’s really good!

What I’ve noticed is that many more miracles happen when we are obedient with exactness. We can see that change in ourselves and in how the other people look at us if we keep the rules and are exactly obedient! I know that’s totally true.

Olá!

Esta foi um bom semana, mas nada aconteceu realmente diferente de nosso batismo que falhou completamente! Ou seja, foi difícil, mas se Jesus se batizar esta semana seria ótimo. É a última vez que mudamos a sua data batismal também, porque é apenas triste ter que ficar mudando sua data sabe? De qualquer forma, devemos ter 2 e talvez 3 batismos esta semana, se tudo correr bem, por isso, por favor, orem por nós! Também vamos ter os batismos de Mateo e seu irmão Jonas! Portanto, estamos muito felizes! É um sentimento maravilhoso cada vez que você ensina e ajuda alguém a ser batizado! Isto realmente faz seu testemunho crescer para o evangelho.

Agora está começando a ficar frio! O que é difícil é que na parte da manhã que é super frio e durante o dia é ainda um pouco quente para um casaco por isso é complicado! Mas sim, eu odeio o frio... mas eu estou muito feliz que não há neve aqui!

Algo que aconteceu esta semana foi que eu estou começando a estudar as 5 lições missionárias em detalhes agora mesmo! Assim, em Pregar Meu Evangelho eu estou olhando tudo o que há! Ah, e eu também quero convidar a todos para ler a introdução do Livro de Mórmon. Não só isso, mas também tudo entre a primeira página e 1 Néfi. É realmente bom!

O que eu notei é muitos mais milagres acontecem quando somos obedientes com exatidão. Podemos ver a mudança em nós mesmos e em como as outras pessoas olham para nós, se mantemos as regras e somos exatamente obedientes! Eu sei que isso é totalmente verdadeiro.
